Appraisals for Estate Tax Purposes
All appraisals are prepared in conformity with and subject to the current version of the International Society of Appraisers' Appraisal Report Writing Standard and to the ISA Code of Ethics. In addition, analyses, opinions, and conclusions are developed, and the report is prepared, in conformity with the current version of the Appraisal Foundation's Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Initial consultation to determine appraisal function and purpose, as well as to review the Contract for Appraisal Services and Fee Schedule, is free. On-site professional appraisal fees are based on an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Research and compilation fees are based on an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Retainer fee applies. Excess of ten miles from Redmond, travel fee applies.
