Certified by the International Society of Appraisers as a professional appraiser of personal property specializing in antiques and residential contents.

Own and operate Victor Appraisal Services, Redmond Washington, conducting appraisals and related services since 1997.

Participated in retail and wholesale of antiques, collectibles and appreciable personal property since 1977. 

Owned and operated Blue Goose Antiques as sole proprietor since 1982. 

Professional antique show exhibitor in California 1984-1994 and in Washington 1994 to present.   

Antique show promotor.  Organizer and participant in evaluation fairs for chairty and private enterprise.

Collector of antiques since youth.  Specializing in nineteenth and twentieth century antiques, period jewelry, and collectibles.

Conducted numerous estate and liquidation sales in Washington and California since 1984.

Procure antiques and collectibles for resale at auction, private party, tag sales, and retail antique store outlets since 1977.

 

Related and Contributing Qualifications

Instructor at Lake Washington Technical College and Bellevue Community College offering courses on antiques and vintage jewerly as well as collecting and related approaches to valuation of antiques and collectables.

Keynote speaker to various antique clubs, Chapter meetings of International Society of Appraisers and other private clubs and associations. 

Conduct workshops to retail personnel of Children’s Hospital Thrift Stores and other groups in the Greater Pugut Sound area and mentor to budding antique entrepreneurs.

 

Specialty Education

Successfully completed the International Society of Appraisers courses in code of ethics, professional standards of appraisal principals, procedures, reporting, and advanced appraisal theory and methodology. 

Educated and tested in appraising the specialty area of Antiques and Residential Contents as well as Expert Witness, Jewelry, and Fine Art for personal property appraisers.

Earned designation as "Certified Appraiser of Personal Property". Educated and successfully tested in professional appraisal theory and methodology through the University of Maryland; having met all qualification criteria required by the International Society of Appraisers.
