We aim to assist you to obtain a visa for your partner living in Thailand by taking the hassle and time consuming work away from you and also ensuring that your partner fully understands what is happening if she is not fully conversant with English. We realise that many people are too busy with other committments and would rather hand the responsibility of dealing with the bureaucracy involved to a third party.
- Initial contact can be made directly to ourselves or our UK associated office who are authorised to receive payments on our behalf but do not offer any immigration services or advice.
- We will then arrange to contact your partner in Thailand, explain the procedure and check they have all the required documentation.
- We will then contact you for your details.
- After we have collated the information and completed the necessary application forms on your behalf we will submit them to the Embassy and advise you of the interview date.
- We will send you a list of documents required to be produced at the time of the interview or, preferably, on submission of the application to prove that you can support and accommodate your partner in the UK without recourse to Public Funds.
- We will then prepare your partner with a mock interview.
- We will accompany your partner to the Embassy if requested.
For some visitor visas and marriage settlement visas it is sometimes possible for us to arrange express interviews in most straightforward cases meaning that you will not have to wait for approximately twelve weeks for a normal interview date.
