A Pilot's Guide to Aviation Weather Services
A real good article that explains aviation weather.
This is not an avation based weather site but I found it to have the best information on winds at ground level which applies to us more than the winds aloft on most of the aviation weather sites.
Just enter your zip code or city on the main page then on the next page under the current conditions click the Hour By Hour Details and it shows in great detail the weather hour by hour for the next 46 hours including winds, direction, weather, temperature, chance of precipitation, humidity, etc.
Contains: METAR's, NOTAM's, weather maps, satellite, radar and forecasts.

Contains: AIRMET's, SIGMET's, NOTAM's, current conditions, forecasts, flight planning, NEXRAD, satellite & radar images, winds aloft forecast per flight level and much more.
