Sandra J. Gauthier

Sandra J. Gauthier has been the Director of Purchasing for the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin since 1992. Her responsibilities include directing and monitoring the activities of the Central Purchasing Department to ensure adherence to Oneida Tribal policies and to ensure the acquisition of goods and services at the lowest cost of ownership. She was previously a Contracting Officer for Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas. Prior to entering into the procurement field, Sandra completed Paralegal School and worked as a Legal Secretary for many years. She received her Bachelor's Degree in 1987 and her Master's Degree at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay May 2002. Sandra is presently the serving a 3-year term as Treasurer for the association. She has also served as the President, President-Elect and Secretary. In addition, she is involved in the National Association of Purchasing Management - Fox Valley as Secretary and also serves on several task force teams within the Oneida Nation.
Sandra would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of the participants to the upcoming 18th Annual National Native American Purachasing Association training conference and also to encourage everyone to take advantage of the networking opportunities. We are all here to assist and help one another.
Sandra is an enrolled member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin. She is the mother of three children and grandmother of four beautiful grandsons.
