Arlen Franklin
I am a member of the Navajo Tribe of New Mexico, Arizona and Utah. I am presently working for Ak-Chin indian Community located in Maricopa, Arizona. I begin working in purchasing in 2001 as a purchasing agent and have been there since.
I have been attending National Native American Purchasing Association (NNAPA) conferences since 2002 and was voted in as a director in 2007. I am very excited that the NNAPA conference will be held in my hometown of Chandler, Arizona in April of this year.
My hobbies include: basketball, softball, and watching TV. I am a Dallas Cowboy and Los Angeles Lakers fan. I enjoy spending time with my family: Wife Lenore Haskie-Franklin and 2 daughters Nizhoni Franklin age 8 and Adindean Franklin age 6.
