Gary Ray Cordova

Gary is a California Native and was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California.  He is a descendant of the Wintun, Concow, Nomalaki and Pomo Indian Tribes of California.  Gary is an enrolled member of the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians of Geyservile, California.

Gary has over twenty years experience in inventory management and twelve years in the purchasing arena.  Presently, he works as the Purchasing Manager for River Rock Casino.  His responsibilities include coordinating and negotiating all activities involved with request for proposals, reading and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, government regulations and all other facets of the purchasing services.  Additionally, Gary is on his fourth year serving as the Chairman of the Tribal Economic Development Authority for Dry Creek Rancheria.

This is Gary's eighth year with the National Native American Purchasing Association and at this time is the First Director for the Association.  He is proud to be a part of this annual, premier gathering of Native American professionals and feels that this year the conference will positively impact all those in attendance. si
