Hello ! We welcome you to this site. First, a small introduction to ourselves -
This is the official web site for the alumni of St. Joseph's High School, an extremely well known institution, located at Wadala, in Mumbai ( Bombay ) - India.
The main objectives of this site are - - To help all the past students of St.Josephs, to be in touch with each other and our teachers.
- To help revive extremely pleasant indivdual memories, of our great institution.
- To help share old and current photos, articles, memorablia etc with one another.
- To help form a focal point, to actively revive past student activities.
- To help put the name and details of St. Josephs, on the web.
- To help explore possibilities of assistance to the school itself, thru' the management of the school.
As some of us have been discussing earlier, our roots are at Wadala. St. Josephs has certainly played its role in shaping us to be, what we are today. Despite our busy schedules, despite our mad rush against time, despite our day to day issues, we must endeavour not to forget our roots ! And one another too ! We believe that family relations and friendships, need to be constantly nurtured - for them to keep growing. The friendships at school, were truly innocent and genuine friendships that most of us have had. So why should we let a good thing go ? So, let each of us set out just half an hour per week, to try to track down our old friends.
We have conceived this site, as a fun web site for our old class mates and friends. All of you can start posting school related pictures, articles, humour, stories, etc etc - straight into our site, from the comfort of your own homes and convenience of your own timings, which ever part of the world that you stay. You can further recommend this site to all Josephites ( They need not only be from our batch ) to join this site free of cost and to post their own articles, snaps - relevant to their years at Josephs, in this site too.
On the left handside of this page ( at the top left ) are various sections to - school related pictures, humour, important dates, chats, URL links, messages etc. We have posted some old photos in the pictures section and also some interesting documents in the relevant section. You are welcome to view the same. More importantly, do add your own contributions to each of the sections and especially your school related photos and page or site links, to these collections. Please consider this site, as your own site. It does not matter whether you know us. You are most welcome to share any of the above through this site. Being a site for all ages, we are sure that you will not hurt this site or the snaps in any way, as they are viewed by our other friends and their children ! You are invited to criticise and comment on this site. We also request you to suggest a few ideas to help make this site more interesting and to attract more family oriented traffic here.
