This page is dedicated to my sister Christina Rose Forga (Rowell) and her four children, Clide James (CJ) Jackson, Betty Jean Oliver, Kaitlyn Dawn Still, and Charles Deward Still.   My name is Andrea Kay Oliver.  I started this site because of what happened to my sister, Christina and her children.  In 1997, the Arkansas Department of Human Services in Searcy County, Arkansas; took two of my sisters children (CJ and Kaitlyn).  At the time my sister was 17 years old and living with a known drug affender.  The Department of Human Services received an announomous tip that my sister had beaten her son CJ and that he had severe bruises on his butt, back and legs(which was a lie and was never proven).  Kaitlyn was 2 days old when the call was made to DHS.  My sister lost her two children soon after that.  Her daughter, Betty Jean Oliver, was taken by her father, Frank Oliver, out of state illegally about 7 months prior to Kaitlyn's birth.  Christina was to never see Betty Jean again.  Betty Jean currently (2008) still lives with her father Frank Oliver in Big Flat, Arkansas.  In 2000, Betty Jean was illegally adopted by her step mother, Sandra Kaye Oliver.  Frank and Sandra (Sandy), hired Mitch Cash, an attorney in Marshall, Arkansas; to handle the adoption.  There was suppose to be an ad ran in the local newspaper notifying my sister, Christina, that her daughter was being adopted - the purpose of this law is so the biological parent of the child is given the chance to object in a court of law.  It is also the law that if the absent parent's where abouts is known, they have to be served with the proper court papers and notification of the court hearing.  Frank and Sandy knew where my sister was and so did their lawyer, yet, she was never notified of the adoption. Christina called me in 1997, after her children were taken, and asked me to come get her.  I drove three hours from my house to hers and picked her up.  The next day we made a call to the Searcy County DHS and spoke with the Department of Children and Family Services Supervisor (Nancy Graves).  Mrs. Graves told us that if Christina got a place to live, a job, utilities turned on, an automobile, and a baby-sitter that she could have her children back.  (I taped that converstation).  For the next several days, my sister and I work diligently to obtain all that Mrs. Graves required of us.  We had everything lined up except the car and we were working on getting one when Mrs. Graves called and told my sister that she had to return to Searcy County.   As soon as my sister returned to Searcy County she was told that she must marry the drug dealer that she had been living with in order to get her kids back.  She quickly did that as well.  After she married, she was told that she could not have her kids as long as she lived with her husband.  As you can clearly see......they never intended to give her children back.  In August of 1998, Christina gave birth to her fourth and last child, Claude Deward Still.  She had a friend of hers call me from the hospital.  I rushed to the hospital and she had had the baby about 20 minutes before I got there.  The doctors and nurses would not give her as much as a Tylenol.  I had to get some out of my car to give to her.  She had had nothing for pain and the hospital refused to give her anything. After about three hours of us asking to see the baby, the doctor came in and said that the Department of Human Services had a court order to take the child into their custody.  They also stated that my sister tested positive for meth but the baby had no trace of drugs in his system (can anyone tell me how that could be possible??).  I argued with the nurses and doctors until they would allow me to take pictures of the baby from behind the nursery window.  Those pictures that I took that night are all we have of baby Claude.  My sister didn't even get to say good-bye to her son that she only got to hold for 10 minutes after he was born.  This was truely the saddest thing I had ever seen or experienced.   Since then, CJ, Kaitlyn, and Claude were adopted out through the DHS.  And Betty Jean Oliver was adopted by her father's (Frank Oliver) new wife (Sandra Oliver)(illegally).  My sister was never convicted on any drug charges or child abuse or neglect charges.  She has no criminal record except that she spent 6 months in jail for absolutely nothing.   Currently, Christina Forga (Rowell) lives about 70 miles from me and has been off of drugs for a solid 10 years now.  She cries every night for her babies and says that she will continue shedding tears for them until they come home.   IF you have any information concerning these children or can help in any way, please contact me at andykay96@hotmail.com or andrea_kay@windstream.net or call me at 1-870-577-7097  or 870-448-5341 or call my sister, Christina Rowell at 1-479-223-9820 or 479-293-4153, she can reached by email chrisrose1980@msn.com.   To CJ, Betty Jean, Kaitlyn, and Claude: If you have found this website, that means you are looking for your Mom!  Well, you have found her and your Aunt Andrea!  We want you to know that we love you all very much and would give anything to see you!  We have missed you so very much all this time!  We have NOT forgotten about you and NEVER will!  Your Mom is a good person and she has always wanted you and Never stopped loving you for one minute!  She cries all the time for you!  Don't be afraid to call one of us.  We love you and we will do anything for you!  You can call 1-479-293-4153 collect if you need to or borrow a cell phone from a friend and call any of the numbers listed above this green writing.  Your Mom wants you to know that none of this is your fault.  You were all WONDERFUL kids!  She would love to get to talk to you on the phone or see you.  Betty Jean, you know this is Aunt Andrea.  You can call me first if you want to before you call your real mom.  I can tell you so many things about her.  You look just like her!  You would love her!  She's a lot like me!  Don't be scared.  She is a really nice person!  I don't know what your dad and sandy have told you about her, but she loves you so much!  Call me 1-870-577-7097 or 1-870-448-5341.  Also, if you decide you want us to get ahold of you, you can talk to Karinnia at school.  If you want, you can write your real mom (Tina) a letter and give it to Karinnia and I will take it to your real mom, Tina.  She would LOVE to get a letter from you and will write you one back and you can get it from Karinnia at school!
