The vet I spoke to about Rufio's problem listened to my whole story, asked me a few questions about how I handle him and where he stays, and what he eats and gave really good suggestions. I appreciated the help very much, and the fact that she didn't hear me say something about his bowels and immediately say "wet tail."

This is the only small animals vet in Albany Georgia for small animals so if anybody is around Cordele and any place near Albany and the hours of this vet are Mon. Thru and Fri 8:00 A.M.- 5:30 P.M., Wed. 8:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M and Sat. 8:00 A.M. - 12 Noon and you can just bring your hamsters to this vet without calling first.

As far as hamsters go, this place is awesome. They have every possible toll at there hands, they do X-Rays, Ulta-sounds, Ultra ultra- sound (Look sattumers and growths). And they do surgurey. If they can't do something, they have local vets near by.(See "Lexington Bedford Vetrianarians Association"
