SCARY ESCAPE by hammielover88   One day I was changing my hamster's cage. I was taking out her house when I messed up the part that opens and closes. I didn't know that it was messed up so I went to bed. Next morning I woke up to see my hammie, but the cage was opened. I was really scared. My family looked for her all day. No luck. We called her name (Lola). Still no luck. So on Saturday I went and bought another hammie and named her Cherry. 3:25 a.m. -- My parents heard little scurrying noises. They thought she was behind the wall. Soon we found her in their closet. I was so happy. I kept Cherry in a new cage and put Lola back in her old one! © hammielover88 2002
