LOVING THOSE HAMSTER LIMERICKS! There was a young hamster named Breeze, Who loved to always eat his cheese, But would not eat lab blocks, He saved those for a fox, All neatly stacked under the trees. | A hamster who lived in a shoe, Wanted something scrumptious to chew, Soon she found a round nut, Rolled it home with her butt, And placed it in her loo. | As the hamster ran down the hall, he was happy to have escaped from his ball. He said "whoop-dee-doo", I'll hide in a shoe, And refuse to come when they call. | There was a hamster named shiggy who always liked to diggy she dug up a nut and sat on her butt and ate it like a piggy | Virgil is so afraid of cheese, He squeaks,"Get that away from me, please. Take it out of my house! And give it to a mouse!" Before I begin to sneeze! | Patrick runs fast on his wheel, Even when it begins to squeal, But can't get anywhere, With all of his hair, An outdoor track would be ideal! | | All of my hamsters love mealworms, As long as they carry no germs. I slip them on a plate, Unaware of their fate, Then watch them wiggle and squirm. | My hamster loves hugs and kisses, But it's really the treats he misses, My boy dreams of tofu, But never of beef stew, And green pellets get his hisses. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Thanks, HG members, for sharing your creativity with others!
