The GLOBAL POSTURE REVIEW involves restructuring and realigning the Bases and Forces of ALL Military Services world wide. The 70,000 troop withdrawal from europe and asia you may have read about is part of this plan. There are many stories on this involving the Air Force and the Navy all over the net as well.
