I woud like to buy an early 80" rear tub along with a pair of front wings inners and outers or just outers. Must be in good conditionand not too far from Sleaford Lincolnshire England unless seller can organise delivery. The other option is if anyone can panel beat the originals I have back into reasonable shape then I would sooner go down that option so long as it did not cost much more than to buy replacements. I have a warm /dry workshop with plenty of hot water for any enthusiastic volunteer or I could get them delivered to your home so long as it is nearby. I would be prepared to pay an honest wage for the right job. I would not expect the finish to be concourse as it is 60 years old. If you can help please get in touch. Regards Geoff

Hi, I'm rebuilding my '57 88" carburretor with a kit of gaskets and jets etc. Unfortunately during the reassembly I've stripped one of the brassscrews which acts as the shaft to the Accelerator pump membrane. I think its fairly critical that this is the correct length screw as it is operated by the pump lever coming from the throttle axle. Short of getting a whole new carb (mine is quite good nick now) I'm not sure how to remedy this accurately. Anyone got a spare screw hanging around -it screws through a couple of retaining washers for the membrane and into a brass nut with an extended collar which engages with the end of the lever. Any help, thanks David
