AR15.com Largest AR-15 site on the 'net.  Not only do they coverAR-15s, there is a whole section devoted to AK type rifels, a general firearms discussion (shotguns other rifles etc), a training discussion forum, plus forums on reloading, computers, preparedness and many other subjects.
 
M4Carbine.Net The newest of the AR15 related sites.
 
Pennsylvania AR-15 Shooters Site  (a MSN community) run by Co-Manager Fight4YourRights.  Much as this site is focused on Maryland, the PA-AR15.com is focused on the state of Pennsylvania.  Since F4YR helped with build the content here you'll see some it duplicated over there, plus he's going to have local content for the shooters in PA.
 
Colorado AR-15 Shooters Site (a MSN community) run by site member Lancelot.  Much as this site is focused on Maryland, the CO-AR15.com is focused on the state of Colorado.  Good info on places to shoot and local laws.  The site does a good job of bringing up political information relating to shooters at a local and national level.
 
Florida AR-15 Shooters Site (a MSN community) run by site member John - FLAR15 .  Much as this site is focused on Maryland, the FL-AR15.com is focused on the state of Florida
 
Vermont AR-15 Shooters Site (a MSN community) Much as this site is focused on Maryland, this is focused on the state of Vermont.
 
Florida Defensive Carbine Club  An informal 'club' started by New-ARGuy (Neil) of AR15.com.  They meet monthly for tactical (run & gun) matches using targets and props of their own design.  By far the most common rifle used is the AR-15.  A great model for other groups that are interested in fun matches.
 
OA2.org  This is the Olympic Arms Owners Assiciation, a group of OLY AR15 owners.  The site has some reviews and a Discussion Forum.  The Forum covers others AR-15s and other firearm related subjects.
 
Tactical DK Great place to learn about basic 'tactics' with the AR-15 from the perspective of a professional Danish soldier.
 
Mark's AR Gear Reviews AR-15L member Mark Welter has a reviews on a variety of AR-15 gear he's tried.  All kinds of items like muzzle brakes, grips, slings, and optics.
 
USMC Force Recon Weapons  an article by Pat Rogers on the weapons used by the United States Marine Corps Force Recon teams.  Lots of info on the M16A2 and M4, as well as other weapons.
 
Isayeret (Israeli Special Forces) The home of the Israeli Special Forces.  This link takes you to the Weapons pages whre you will find many M16s/CAR15s and other 'AR' varients.  Good history on why the M16 is preferred over the Galil (AK type rifle).  Lots of other pictures of soldier with M16s in the other site sections as well.
 
C-7/C-8 MIDLIFE REPLACEMENT PROJECT ISSUES an article on the Candaian C7 rifle and its upgrade program.  It documents the problems on the C7A1, and the issues with the suggested upgrade (C7A2).  Author goes on to recommend an alternative to the C7A2.  Cpl Boland is a frequent poster on the better boards (like ARFcom and TF).
 
Canadian Service Match Resources a website devoted to helping the Canadian who competes in the Canadian equivalent to the US's CMP matches.  The Service Match Rifle book (top link on the page) is updated annually and contains gear lists, ballistics infor (their C77 is our M855) and helpful tips that apply to all shooters.  Canadian shooters will also appreciate the scoring cards that come in the book.

68Forums This is a forum based on the 6.8 SPC caliber.  Great place to meet fellow 6.8 fans, get some reloading recipies, and links to other 6.8 SPC sites and information.
 
6.5Grendel.com  This website is devoted to fans of the other 6.x caliber - the 6.5 Grendel.  You'll find articles and an interactive forum with help on everything from builds to reloads.
 
Deactived Weapons Collectors  Has an interesting history of the carbine from the XM177 to the M4A1.  Some interesting comments from an UK shooter.  This article covers the story of Bushmaster supplying M4s during Desert Storm.
 
Chuck Taylor on the Colt 635 9mm Submachine Gun A review by Chuck Taylor of the 9mm Colt AR-15.  Mr. Taylor has another article on his site that mentions use of 5.56mm AR-15s for 'Long Range Precision Shooting'.

B&T Ammo Labs - One of the best places on the 'net to get real- factual information on the terminal ballistics of the 5.56 round.  This is a private lab run by two AR15.comers (Brouhaha and Tatjana).
 
Total Silence Inc - A site that brings back the original CAR.  They sell components that allow you to accurately reproduce the original CAR-15 and the prototype carbines (like the XM-607).  They have CAR triangular handguards and the unusual collapsible stock that looks like the modern Stubby stock with 2 rods.  There is also historical info on the CAR models.
