It's at the Timisoara Baptist Bible Institute in western Romania.  Tennessee Temple accepts their credits.  It was started in 1973 by Don Kyer, who still continues as Executive Director.  They can train and support Romanians for 1/30th of the monthly cost it takes to send American missionaries.  The Institute's American web address is www.frontlinefellowship.org.  Doug's been twice, in 2002 and 2004.  He goes as often as he can raise the money (it takes $1,500 to $2,000 each time, including making gifts to the school and local Romanian ministries).
