Whitney... He is one of the lesser liked characters. But how can you blame the people for not liking Whitney. After all he hung our hero, Clark, out to pasture! What can you say about Whitney? Well, for the most part, he's a football player. That is what he is most known for in high school. That's what makes him popular. Not his personality or anything. Ok, I'm being mean to him. Well, his girlfriend at the moment is Lana Lang, which most of us know.

Like most people, Whitney has a good side to him. He can be caring, and loving. We saw how much he cared about Lana. I'm sure Lana and him will not stay together much longer! hehe... Well, Whitney is very athletic. He has a many friends. He even knows Pete to an extent. Whitney can some times be controlling, but not so much anymore. He gets very upset and thinks everyone is after Lana, but they are so you know. He's grows on you I guess you could say.

His father died not to long ago. :< That's the sad part. We all got to see the more personal side once that happened. Whitney now has to be the man of the house and take care of his father's store. The store didn't help him much with his problems. And to top it off Whitney didn't get to go to the college of his chose, so now he inrolled in the Marines or Navy. Throughout Season  2 You see Lana Lang Very Worried about Whitney, because lately he has not been writeing her back.  Then she goes and finds out that Whitney is lost and not even the marines know where he is, and in fact they think that he's dead so they send all of his stuff back to his mother, includeing Lana's Metor necklace, which Whitney's mother gave back to Lana. Then in the middle of Season 2 you see Whitney come back but you find out in the Episode that it is not Whitney at all. So finally you find out at the end of the Episode that Whitney is dead, that he dies fighting for our country.  He will be greatly Missed!
