This Community is for the many of us who suffer from Sleep Disorders or for those who care for someone, or are just interested in the Subject of Sleep and it's Disorders. 

It is our aim to provide a supporting and caring environment where you can come in and vent out your worries and concerns, or share your story and any information you have with others who understand.    Please feel free to come in, relax and take as long as you like to look around.
