Handmaiden Yane

Not much is known about Yané as she was left behind on Naboo with Governor Sio Bibble when Queen Amidala fled with the two Jedi ambassadors. Yane was chosen to be a handmaiden because of her skill in self-defence, courage, and likeness to Queen Amidala. She is the youngest of the 5, matching Amidala in age. It was Yane who cried when Amidala left Naboo, not because she was afraid for herself, but she feared for Queen Amidala's safety.
