WHEN I GROW UP
Maybe I'll be an artist
draw pictures for all to see
Sounds like lots of fun
at least it does to me Oh yes a baseball player
a home run king perhaps
But I'd have to schedule all my games
Having time for my daily naps
Perhaps I'll be a golfer
Play my game in the sun
and maybe if I practice hard
I'll get a "hole-in-one"
Maybe an entertainer
Is what my life should be
Singing on that great big stage
for all the world to see
But as I think it over
What I'd like to be
Is patterned after Mom & Dad
the perfect life for me
