When Salem finished her championship, she helped her mom Vixon earn the BCCA award for top brood bitch in 2003 and also her ROM. Salem is a black version of her mother, with nice shoulder and rear angulation, dark eyes, and beautiful movement. She is a pretty, outgoing, cuddly girl who has fun wherever she is.
Salem's first son out of Saywer, Finn - Nonesuch Celtic Finnan owned by Diana & Ken Clayton, has already made her proud. He won his puppy classes at his first specialty at the 2006 National Capitol Specialty and then was RWD at the 2006 Michigan Specialty. He then earned his first major at the big Cleveland winter shows. Recently at the 2007 National Capitol Regional Specialty Finn won RWD.
Salem was bred to Garth, CH Meadows Real Sensation, owned by Debbie & Larry Furlow. Garth is just like his daddy, Indy - very outgoing, confident, fun-loving and easy to live with. He finished his Championship at the Great Lakes Regional Specialty in 2001 earning Winners Dog. She had an outstanding litter March 24, and we are looking forward their start in the showring.
