Mission Statement

First, I want to welcome all of our new members to the Lodge. I am Julie Spotted Eagle Horse Cooper, everyone calls me Spot, and I am the Co manager here along with Bekki White Feather and now Juskwa Kshwike  would like to remind all of our members that this Lodge was founded on the theory that ALL races have something to offer, not just the indigenous peoples. We are here to learn from one another, no matter what race or religion we belong to. Racial slurs will NOT be tolerated, PERIOD. Also politicing and cliquing is discouraged.

We are a family orientated group, I know of at least a few kids who have garnered information here for school purposes with my permission, and we all need to be aware of younger eyes and ears. We are teachers for our next generations, and we need to conduct ourselves accordingly. Do not act in a manner that you would not want to be treated yourself. I realise that we all have our own ways, opinions, and ideas, but we also need to respect the fact that the others here do to. Also, BLOOD QUANTUM IS NOT AN ISSUE. That is for the BIA and the feds to quibble over, not us. I myself am an Iyeska, or breed, but think and act indian despite the fact that I have lighter skin and greenish eyes.

Remember that when you apply to the group, PLEASE use a VALID email adress, and if you are using an ISP that uses Spam Guard, check in your junk mail folder because we do verify email adresses!

Mitakuye Oyasin, we are all related!
