This is a democracy, not a dictatorship and everyone has ONE voice, ONE vote.

The General Managers cannot be removed as managers.

This Lodge and all management meetings are to be run as traditionaly as possible

The GM's are ultimately responsible for the actions of the Asst. Man's

Each Asst. Man. has a job duty in the lodge. Ask that supervising Asst. Man before doing their job for them.

All decisisions are made as a group.

Idea's for new message boards must be brought to the GM's out of respect for their positions.

No one can promote someone to Asst. Man without the expressed permission from the GM's.

The discussion of a lodge problem stays with the management team. It is not discussed with others.

Communication is key to making this work. All communications with an offending member is shared with the rest of the management team.

Any manager that grossly violates policy will be listed as a member for 30 days, and then, if the problem has been resolved, re-promoted.
