The Apocrypha
Apocrypha means 'hidden things' in Greek. The first set of files below is a set of texts which were originally canonized by the Catholic Church in 1546. They were included in the original King James Version of the Bible between the Old and New Testaments. For this reason they are sometimes called 'intertestamental'. Subsequently they were excluded from the canonical text in 1629. They were never accepted by Protestants.
The second set are a few other apocryphal texts.
