There are only two (possibly three including the 80 year old one) researched and confirmed photos of Kate in existence today. There are about two or three others widely mistaken as her. This photo shows the MOST mistaken photo used. This photo is of a madame called "Rowdy Kate" (see above photo) who was Big Nose Kate's business partner at their brothel in Tombstone. Big Nose Kate was kicked out of the business by Rowdy Kate when Big Nose Kate's drinking became abusive and more frequent by the day. 
The above is another photo mistook as Kate. This is just a REALLY bad hair day for SOME poor woman!
