| I first encountered the WPA 1938 NO City Guide over 30 years ago and as recently as the late 1990's used it as an invaluable reference source for the LCRP. Especially since Katrina it is important to have such material as readily available as possible so I rushed to get this page up and plan to post in sections over time while keeping the original format intact and user-friendly.
