Adoption Application

Your Answers to these questions will help us match your needs with the dogs in our program. Please fill in all of the information and email it to the address shown above, or give it to one of our volunteers. Our Adoption Donation is $175-225. for most adult dogs and puppies, which is NOT a tax-deductible donation. The adoption donation helps to cover the medical expenses and other needs of our pets waiting for adoption. Most of the time, especially with puppies, it does NOT cover all of the expenses of vaccinations, heartworm, neutering, etc. Additional donations are always gratefully accepted, although we are not yet a full non-profit, so donations are not yet tax deductible. Thank you for your interest in our organization.
