While Houstonians are still drying out, Allison keeps churning away now moving slowly northward along the Eastern Seaboard.  Thankfully, the highest 24 hour rainfall figures from Friday are quite a bit lower than in days past.  Both were in North Carolina has shown on our HurrVision Tracking System.
