1 space large enough to place a cookie sheet or baking pan

- 1 white, pink, or green candle
matches or a lighter
scented oil (herbal to draw a male; floral to draw a female)
1 cookie sheet or baking pan
1 ballpoint pen
2 sheets of paper, lined
- Preparation:
- Write at the top of one piece of paper: Whom I Love.
Below this, make a list of the qualities you need in your beloved. Include things such as sex and, if necessary, ethnicity or religion; looks; age; sense of humor; kind of personality; sexual orientation; sex drive. Include anything else you can think of that is important to you. Note well: these must all be positive statements. "Not a Dweeb" is no good; you have to write: "Reasonably cool." All negatives (no, not, never) are cancelled out when the spell is worked. Please think about that for a moment.
- Working:
- Take each sheet of paper and fold it in half three times. Place them both on the surface which you have prepared. Place the cookie sheet or baking pan down on top of them.

If you discover that you left out something important -- the absence of a prison record, say, or that hir breath be sweet, or that s/he be anything BUT a Republican -- add that to the list. Remember to phrase it in a positive statement.
Likewise, you will find yourself undergoing various stresses and changes. If you think about them carefully, you will find that the Universe is duly changing you into what you want to be in a relationship. Add anything else to the list that you need to add.
