This may be a solution for Mac users to successfully access the forum.

The problem is most likely cookie related.

Not sure which Netscape you are using but if you got into Edit/Preferences it will bring up your N/S settings.
The window on the left shows options and settings. Check in your privacy & security settings. You'll find the cookie settings in here (or worded differently with different N/S versions - I'm currently running 6.2).

For "semi" safe conditions, opt for "save cookies from originating sites" & "warn me before saving cookies"

Addendum to the Mac/Netscape settings.
If the user opts to be  notified every time a cookie is changed/updated
it's going to drive them nuts.  It took me about 3 seconds to change
that setting.

They may want to just enable cookies without the "notify me" option.
