If you prefer to embed rather than attach picture(s) in the message box.
Most Important: Size your image and post only at 640 x 480 or 800 x 600 resolution.
Logon and select "New Discussion"or "Reply to an existing thread". Fill in subject and message text and move your cursor into the message body. Now, DO NOT select "Attach a file"
In the toolbar there is an icon just below "Font Style" that appears to be a mountain with the sun at the upper right, select and a new window will open.
Select the "My Computer" tab, in the "Browse box" enter the folder where you have the picture filed, select the picture and you'll see the file in the box.
Click "Add Photos", give it time to upload and you'll then see the pic in the message body for final edit.
Finally.
If all is OK, select "Send Message" at bottom and it will post to the forum.
