This is a Democratic Party website dedicated to winning the 2008 Presidential Election. We've been in operation since the year 2000 when the election we legally won fell victim to a coup d'etat by the bushies executed in the highest court of the land. We are energetically engaged in every phase of the Election 2008. Some feel that our democratic party has knowingly or unknowingly caused a 'divide' in our party; by introducing a new electorate tool called superdelegates. We ask of this change........ is it putting the vote in the hands of the superdelegates and out of the hands of the voter? I, loyaldem, have taken the perogative to edit this message again, on this 17th day of June, 2008. I have deleted a lot of it because the board would not accept all my words. We spent three days mourning for the democrat party we belonged to all our life. I wrote a lot of things out of anger and mentioned I would work to support the republican party instead of the democratic party. But, now that I have mourned, I realize that though I feel that myself and millions of others were kicked out of the party when they hi-jacked nearly 18 million votes given to Sen Clinton.......that darn it......no one shall throw us out. We shall not be moved! And, personally I feel that as we approach the democratic convention that too many deals behind the doors has made Obama the presumptive candidate. My own feelings are that Obama cannot be trusted because he flip-flops all over the place. And, myself and many others feel they cannot possibly vote for Obama at the top of the ticket because this guy's whole campaign has leaned on that of Clinton's. And, our nation has to be rescued from the bushies; this cannot be done by Obama because the fact is that Clinton can definitely win in a landslide if she is the candidate on Nov 4th. While Obama, the new guy on the block, entered this race on a 'uniter' ticket; it just adds up he is truly a 'divider'. Let's pray that the superdelegates wake up and realize this is not a 'popularity' contest but a 'save and rescue the nation' thingy. We all know that Sen Clinton suspended her campaign for the good of the democratic party which was being torn apart by the power brokers. And, she endorsed Sen Obama. What is happening now is that Obama and his camp are trying to let him make a big showing as the presumptive candidate but I do not know that is working out. First they said (sic obamamaniacs) they would hold a 50 state campaign to insure a landslide victory on Nov 4, 2008. Now the obama camp is telling us that they don't need Fla and Mich. There are even whispers of Ohio and Pennsylvania not being that important. You get the drift, you get the picture, without Sen Clinton leading; Obama is not making that magical showing they speak of. In fact, they don't even want Hillary as the vice president. And, at this time, myself and others on the board are asking how we can possibly exercise our democratic vote on Nov 4, 2008 if Obama is at the top of the ticket? Others, are moving to support the presuptive republican candidate. Others, say they shall write in Sen Hillary's name on the ballot. Others, say they will vote for everyone on the democratic ticket and keep the president and vice president's vote 'blank'. At this writing I still have not made up my mind but I know I will be darned if I am going to allow them to kick me out of my own political party I have worked for and been loyal to in my adult lifetime. And, also, I am still waiting for a miracle to happen at the democratic convention. Just go thru our posts and read the one where Whoopie Goldberg tells us on a video that she still believes that Sen Clinton will be our next president. |
