" BUYER BEWARE " - The ethical breeders are not likely to advertise puppies in the newspaper. His/her puppies are not difficult to sell and so he/she usually doesn't need to place an ad. They do advertises in national breed club publications like the MRC or the CRC newsletter or the TRQ.
