Directions to Fort Worth Boat Club: From Northwest Loop 820 in Fort Worth, exit at Azle Ave. (FM 1220) and go west to Boat Club Rd. Turn right (north) and go approximately 7.8 miles to where Boat Club Rd. forks to the left. This is approximately one mile past Harbor One Marina and across from Eagle Mountain Elementary School. Turn left at the fork where there is a sign indicating FWBC to the left. Proceed two miles to the FWBC. [MAP]

SAILING LESSONS
Cowtown Mariners basic sailing classes are for those who want to learn to sail, crew or just be an informed passeger. You will learn to have fun while being safe on a sailboat, and much more. Classes are informal and loaded with valuable information from instructors that have years of sailing experience and knowledge.
The classes are on Saturdays; the on-the-water session will be determined later. Contact our Commodore Joe R. at the weekly meeting or by phone at 817-713-0005 or by E-mail to sign up or for information.
The cost for the class is $30 for members of Cowtown Mariners and $40 for nonmembers. Nonmembers may apply for Mariners' membership and obtain the member rate. Informational flyers are available at the weekly happy hours. The fee includes a textbook.
Any new series of basic, intermediate or advanced sailing classes will be formed based on demand from our members, guests or other interested persons. The days and times for these courses will be determined by your input. Please contact the chairman of the education committee with your input or questions.
