Christians Who are Hurting

There was something about the above title that got your attention.

Can we talk?

Is it safe to assume one of three things about you ?

1. You are a Christian who has been hurt...

though you may be hanging on by your fingernails, or you may be stronger than ever because of what you have been through, you remain a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ.

2. Slander and gossip, harsh criticism, a judgmental attitude, or spiritual abuse... you have been wounded in a most unacceptable manner.

3. And chances are it was NOT "the world" that caused your pain, but a fellow Christian{s}, someone close to you, perhaps a member of your own family.

If any of the above mentioned statements are true, then one or more of these things has caused you to become one of many...

In this MSN community first and foremost we believe:

THE LORD JESUS CHRIST IS OUR TRUE FRIEND AND OUR REDEEMER.

...where we join you in the belief that:

He doesn't approve of what you have had to endure. He didn't create the circumstances that you were forced to put up with. Most of all, He is grieved when His church fails to love and encourage one another.

We are realistic concerning the fact that just as it was in Paul's day, there are some Christians, who are just plain mean; and while it may look like God is using them, rather than helping to reap the harvest, they are putting tares in with the wheat.

At 'Christians Who are Hurting' our focus is to learn how to follow God Himself, and how to help one another hear the Voice of God, rather than the voice of men.
