A very interesting analysis by the Cato Institute, a Libertarian think-tank in Washington, on dangerous and unconstitutional tendencies embodied in proposed anti-terrorism laws; also has an interesting section on the militarization of U.S. law enforcement.  A bit long, but very interesting to read.
