Charlotte Quilters' Guild Quilting Bees

In addition to the monthly Guild meetings, several smaller groups, or bees, meet more frequently. The bees usually meet in members' homes. Anyone is welcome to attend these, regardless of quilting skill. Theseinformal get togethers are a time for fun, fellowship and sharing of skills or new techniques.

Material Girlz

Mint-Hill, Matthews, and surrounding areas. This group meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7 pm. Anyone interested in joining us can get more information by calling Phyllis T. You do not have to live in the Mint Hill or Matthews area. Group email: pimt2@carolina.rr.com.

Monday Night Applique

Meets the Monday after the guild meeting each month at 7 PM. Call Pat Kitto for details.

Needle Noodlers

Meet on the third Monday evening of the month, 7 p.m., in Charlotte. Special adventures - Ashville Quilt Show/Biltmore Art/Craft Show in August and annual weekend quilt retreat. Contact Mary Phelps for information.

Northside Strippers

Meets the third Wednesday of each month (usually). Call Carla H. or Margaret K. for information.

Sew n' Sews

Meets the 1st Monday of each month from 6:30 until 8:30 pm in the Crown Room at Charlotte House on Queens Road, where Mary Q. lives. Contact Mary Phelps at (704) 821-3753 or email fcmlphelps@windstream.com.

Tuesday Night Samplers
Meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at various locations in University City area. Call Lynn B. for details.
