• This Community WebSite is safe for all ages.  The posting of commercial advertising, solicitations, profanity, pornography, hate sites or hate messages is strictly prohibited.  Spam is not allowed.  Reported spammer’s will lose their membership in this community and will be banned.  We take “spamming” seriously.  Postings containing any of the above material, and/or deemed not to be in good taste; will be removed by one of the managers; at the manager’s discretion.

  ? CTOCM, CTOCS, CTOC, CTO1, CTO2 or CTO3.
  ? CTNCM, CTNCS, CTNC, CTN1, CTN2 or CTN3.
  ? CTOSN/CTNSN with WebMaster or WebSite Manager approval.
  
  ? CWO or LDO, who was previously a CTO.
  ? CPO who was previously a CTO.
  ? Enlisted who was previously a CTO.
  
  ? Including: Active Duty, Retirees, Reservists or Discharged CTOs (or ex-CTOs).
  ? Including: U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps CTOs (or ex-CTOs).
  
  ? All others, at the WebMaster's or WebSite Manager's discretion.

• Important User Profile Info for New Members - When you join as a member of the CTO SeaDogs Community WebSite, please provide (at a minimum) your rate, name and E-Mail Address in your Member Profile. Anonymous memberships will be revoked. If revoked, please rejoin and list your Rate, Name & E-Mail address in your Member Profile.
   
• If you intend to use the (new member) HotMail E-Mail Address, you must activate it with MSN HotMail.  If you prefer to use an established E-Mail address, please provide that E-Mail address in your Member Profile.
  
  
• When you post on our MessageBoard, please include specific, descriptive words about the subject of your post in the Message Title, so that readers will have a clue as to what the posting is about (before it is opened).
  
  
• The General Message Board is a Bulletin Board for Navy, SECGRU, CT and CTN/CTO Community topics.
