This book takes a great look at logging railroads in WV. The book has 16 pages dedicated to the Elk River Coal and Lumber Company with over 108 pages in all. There are hundreds of photos and much useful information. This book is must reading for anyone interested in the ERC&L Co. and logging. There is also much information for the historian and modeler. On the cover is a painting of an Elk River Coal and Lumber Company Shay wading the Lily Fork (the real photo is inside). Hope you enjoy!
