BUS is about support, advice and comfort.  If what you are about to post on someone's thread does not fall in line with the above description then please do not post it or we will be forced to throw an assortment of moulding vegetables at you and remove the post. If your dialogue with another member is getting heated, personal in tone and frustrated please take it to e-mail or 'outside' where you can continue your charming little punch up in private, our boards are for the benefit of the community at large, and will be kept free from such postings. Anyone wishing to discuss the conduct of any member must do so via e-mail to the managers and never through the Message Boards. Our Message Boards are open to all members and therefore all members are free to post on any thread.  Please be careful not to be derogatory about your ex or people you know, particularly regarding physical features - there are people at this group who may have similar features/issues and we definitely don't want people going away from here feeling worse about themselves. Posts containing links for buying e-books that claim to 'get your ex back' will be deleted.  If you have downloaded such an e-book yourself please do not offer to e-mail it to other members via the message board as this is regarded as theft and could lead to our site being shut down.  Posts from people offering to do this or requesting other members send it to them will also be deleted. The managers reserve the right to delete any posts/threads which we deem as a negative influence on the group as a whole. The managers reserve the right to revoke membership owing to failure to comply with the group guideines and as they feel necessary.  The managers are a deity and will be respected and obeyed at all times without fail.
