The Pro-Creation Game Here's a game for all Creationists but especially the advocates of Creation Science. Many times I have heard the argument that Evolution is not Scientific and that Biblical Creation is in full agreement with modern science. If this is the case then it will be a simple, straight forward process to scientificaly prove Creation Theory. Remember, your evidence must use science, not faith. If you have faith that evolution is false and Creation is true, that's great for you but has nothing to do with science.   HOW TO PLAY To enter the game, Start a new thread in the AvG message board declaring your intention to play. You may start making statements in that post if you like. Write a series of statements showing evidence for Biblical Creation. You will have 14 days to post as many statements as you feel is neccessary to present your argument. If you do not make 10 points in those 14 days you will have to start over. After 14 Days, Your statements will be evaluated and assigned points. You need to present the case for Creation and Score 10 points to win the game. It is not necessary to absolutely disprove Evolution or prove Creation, just give us something to rock conventional science. SCORING The thing that makes this game so easy to play is that all the rules of the argument are stated up front. It's a whole lot easier to present your case when you know in advance what basis for the contrary arguments are. Statement Points Explanation of "Speaking" any physical object into existence. (Just an explanation, not evidence or proof). +5 Observation of spontaneous generation of a modern lifeform either from nothing or from nonliving elements +5 Explanation of how totally independent dating methods agree so well if the dates they show are wrong +5 Example of a fossil of any snake serpent or similar reptile with vocal cords capable of human speech or brain capacity to understand absract moral reasoning. +5 Evidence showing that all remains of Earth are younger than 1 million years. +3 Explanation of how Knowledge can be transferred via Apples. +3 Example of total genetic discontinuity between two species considered closely related by conventional science +2 Example of two species considered separated by over 100 million years of time by conventional science found to be contemporaneous +2 Correct statement of the theory of evolution or any other single statement showing you understand evolution +1 Any quote from secondary sources. -1 Any Logicaly Fallacious argument (See Sinbads Bullshit detector) -1 Any statement misrepresenting evolution -1 Misunderstanding of the difference between Absolute Truth, Law, Theory and Hypothesis. -2 Misunderstanding of the 1st or 2nd Law of Thermodynamics -2 Misunderstanding of entropy, order, randomness, probability or complexity. -2 Misunderstanding of the use of C-14 or Isochron dating. -2 Misunderstanding of nuclear decay -2 Misunderstanding of the speed of light. -2 Appeal to supernatural entities. Such is outside the framework of science. -2 Misquoting or distorting someone's statement -3 Speculative statements with terms such as "... might have ... " -3 Mischaracterizing a disagreement on the hows of evolution as doubt of the fact of evolution -4 Appeal to your own ignorance "I don't see how else..." is a description of your personal inadequacy, not that of conventional science -4 Outright lie. It doesn't matter if you didn't know it was a lie -5 Use of argument already thoroughly refuted. You are responsible for looking these things up -5 Appeal to moral consequences.
