How to Remember Your Dreams

The most powerful time for us to touch the bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind is in the "twilight zone? between sleep and wakefulness. During this temporary period many of the filters which our outer mind imposes have been removed. The lines of communication are more open. Material can flow more freely between conscious and unconscious. This is a good time to tell yourself that you want to remember your dreams. Try this simple technique for stimulating your memory.

1. Lie comfortably on your back as you quietly prepare for sleep.

2. Be sure that you will not be interrupted or disturbed—not a bad idea for simply going to sleep!

3. Place your hand over the center of your chest, resting lightly and comfortably. Feel the warmth of your hand and your chest.

4. Say to yourself "Tonight I am going to remember my dreams. Tonight I will remember my dreams. I want to remember my dreams,"

5. Continue to repeat this to yourself for a few minutes, You may or may not say this out loud, Be aware of your hand resting lightly on your chest. The hand signals you that you are ready to remember your dreams. After you have done this for a few minutes, simply relax and drift off to sleep. Make sure that you have first prepared to record your dreams (have a pen and paper or tape recorder close to your bed) and that you are aware of this. Remembering and recording your dreams will become easier with practice.

This was one of the first spells I ever cast, at age 5.

 

Dandelion Worry Spell

Find a dandelion that is ready to seed.  Pick it up.  Look at all of the
little seed umbrellas and wonder about them.  Imagine how soft it would feel
but be afraid to touch it, for fear of it exploding in a burst of white
puff.  Try to count the little seeds.  Stare in wonder at how many little
dandelion flowers that would make.  Appreciate natures ability to ensure
life (In more words or less depending on your age).  Think about your life,
and all of the problems in your life.  Again, try to count the seeds.  Think
that there are more seeds than problems.  Imagine that all of your problems
are riding on those little seeds.  Send all of your worry into the
dandelion.  Close your eyes and blow on the dandelion puff, sending all of
your problems away from you.  Smile.  Watch the seeds fly.  Feel the sun on
your face.

Basic Laying on of Hands
 

The following will guide you through a basic form of the laying-on-of-hands.
It can be used with adults, children, and animals. (Please note: It should not be used

instead of professional medical treatment, but only as a supplement to it.)

To begin, place the person or animal in a comfortable position either
sitting or lying down-they can even be asleep. Position yourself so that
you will be able to rest your hands either above or lightly on the afflicted
area. Make sure you are in a position that will be comfortable for you to
hold for about twenty minutes. If you become uncomfortable at any time,
raise your hands, change your position, and replace your hands. Remember to breathe!

If you are being healed, take your position in the chair, or on the table or
bed. Take a long, deep breath and relax, consciously setting your intention
to open and be receptive to the healing you are about to receive.

If you are the healer, begin with your arms at your sides, take a deep
breath, and close your eyes. Allow your breathing to become full, deep and
relaxed.

Begin with a prayer that is simple and appropriate for your spiritual
beliefs, such as: I ask that my ego be put aside and that this healing be
for the highest good of the person (or animal) receiving it. I ask for
(fill in your god(dess) here)'s love and power to be present.

As you count from ten to zero, allow your rational mind to become even more
deeply relaxed: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0. Breathe. Bee deeply relaxed.

Focus your attention far above the top of your head, out into the heavens,
and get in touch with a brilliant, powerful, white light and energy flowing
down toward you.

Allow yourself to experience this light energy flowing all around you and
through you, filling your body with its radiance.

With each breath, you inhale this light. As it fills and surrounds you, it
gently permeates your entire being and joins the river of life energy
already flowing through your body.

Focus your attention on your heart chakra in the middle of your chest, your
center of love and compassion. Visualize the white light concentrating its
energy here, and begin to feel it moving in a gentle, slow, and circular
motion.

As it flows, it begins to open your heart center. Breathe deeply and allow
your chest to open fully, making room for this light energy.

As you do, you can feel the love and compassion in your heart opening for
the person in front of you. The love and light energy combine into a
powerful healing energy.

As this healing energy becomes stronger and fuller, it moves up into your
shoulders, down your arms, and into your hands. You may begin to feel a
tingling, pulsation, or even warmth, in your palms and fingers.

Now lift your arms and place both of your hands palm to palm in front of
you, about ten to twelve inches apart. Keep your hands and fingers
relaxed, move them slightly toward and away from each other. You will begin to

feel the sense of energy between them, almost like a gentle magnetic pull.

Now lift your arms and place both of your hands, palms down, about three
feet above the body of the person in front of you. Focus on the area that
needs healing. If they are sitting in a chair, you can place one hand in
front and the other in back of the body.

Close your eyes again and allow yourself to begin to feel the energy from
your hands meeting the energy emanating from the body.

If this person is in pain or discomfort, or has some kind of infection or
inflammation, you may feel this in your hands. To clear their energy field,
gently move your hands in a sweeping or brushing motion above the body.

If your hands become uncomfortable or painful at any time, remove them and
shake them gently away from you. Replace them slightly higher or farther
away than they were previously placed.

Healing is usually pleasant and comforting, but if the person, child, or
animal experiences any kind of agitation or discomfort as you place your
hands over their body, remove them and replace them several inches farther
away.

Wait patiently as the helaing energy begins to flow.

You may notice that your hands begin to lower or move closwer on their own, as the healing is recieved.  You may even find that you can lightly rest
your hands on the body.

Drop all thinking and breathe easily and gently.

Focus all your attention on your hands, allowing the healing energy to flow
through you.

See the receiver as whole and healthy.

Feel the love and energy flowing from your heart through your arms and hands and into the receiver.  Trust the process of healing.

Allow yourself to so deeply merge with the healing energy flowing through
you that you lose track of time and surrender to the process.  (Pause two to
three minutes)

Visualize the reciever as completely healed, whole, and radiant with joy.

Before ending the healing, say a short prayer of gratitude, such as:  I am
grateful for the healing taking place now.  I trust that it will continue in
both visible and invisible ways, and that the will of (your god(s)) will be
done in this situation.

Lift your hands slowly, shake them away from you, and then wash them in cold water.

Get both yourself and the receiever some room-temperature water to drink.
Allow the person, child, or animal to rest as long as they wish before
getting up.

When the adult or child arises, they may wish to share with you how they
experienced the healing.  Always allow them to share first.  After they are
finished, you may briefly share what you felt, as long as you KEEP IT
POSITIVE (and NEVER make any self-diagnosis)  After a healing, the reciever is still in a very open state and should only hear brief and positive
feedback.

Finding Your Element 

Preparation:
This ritual is best done in a dark quiet room. A lit candle is used, so BE CAREFUL.

Two people, the Leader and the Subject, kneel or sit on the floor, facing each other, with the candle between them. The Leader puts their hands out, palm up. The Subject places their hands on the Leader's. The Ritual

The Leader speaks:

Look at the candle, watching its flickering light, and listening to my voice. Your world consists of nothing but the flame and my voice. As I say the elements, repeat them after me. Earth, Air, Fire, Water.... Earth, Air, Fire, Water...

Repeat the elements a couple times. As I speak, keep repeating the elements. Listen to my voice... Close your eyes and open your mind. As you say each element, allow an image to form in your mind. When you say the next element, the first image fades, to be replaced by a new one... As you begin to speak faster, the images flicker through your mind faster and faster... One image will be brighter and more powerful than the others. Focus on this image... Allow the other images to fade, they are not yours... As you focus on the image, it burns brighter and brighter into your inner mind. Your mind's eye is filled with this image... As you slowly awaken, the image burns ever brighter, you know it is yours, and yours alone...

The Leader now blows out the candle. The subject should awaken. As the two of you eat or drink something, to ground yourself, ask the Subject about the image they saw. It should be very obvious, from the image, what their element is. If not, you can try this again, use trancework or dreamwork to decipher the symbol, or simply use another method. As with all things, keep what works for you, and share the rest, as it may help another.

Protection against malicious uses of magick
This is meant as a temporary aid to those in need!


Description:

This is a non-invasive spell of protection, which you can cast around anyone without bringing harm to them or effecting them directly in anyway. A courtesy and moral imperative is to inform the person you are going to offer protection and seek their approval. If they are uncomfortable with it in any way then do not do it. Because doing it against their will may cause psychological issues and paranoia and defeat the purpose of it altogether.

This spell creates a spherical field around the recipient, composed of energy in the blue to purple spectrum. The prevalent texture to this field is one of thorns and thistles.

The thorns and thistles act as a filtering mechanism used to pick off aggressive energies directed toward the recipient.


Duration:


This spell will last until the moon reaches the corresponding phase in which the spell was cast. It feeds off of the aggressive negative energy that it encounters so it will last past the particular moon phase if it is still being fed. The will of the recipient can additionally dissipate the field at anytime should the need arise.


Comments:

It is important to note that this field feeds off negative energy but maybe enforced by the recipient by merely focusing any negative feelings or vibes they might have at the field itself. It is totally a defensive spell so it does not attack anyone. It is a form of relief in that aspect and helps to restore harmony from the turmoil caused by such attacks. So though negative energy is involved it is used in a way to restore harmonic balance.

It is also important to realize that this field only protects you from aggressive attacks, passive negative energy will get by so there is no fear of loosing your balance and going into some manic state.

Lastly this is not a spell cast on any individual, it is cast about them, it is the receiptients responsibility to acknowledge it's existance or it will not work.


Components:

Typical circle components.
Red Rose Thorn.
Natural Hemp.
Thistle from brush.
Cauldron.
Tea Light.

Substitute a Censer for the Cauldron and Tea Light if possible.

Preparation:

Cast your circle and light your candles. Place the Tea Light in the Cauldron and light it as well.

Chant:

With these thistles, thorns and hemp I construct
A field about (recipient’s name) that will not destruct.

With bindings from (specific emotion of your choice) I do adhere these components to my need.

Thistles please take your place and bring the strands of magick in place.
(place the thistle in the tea light or censer to burn).
Thorns please take your place and bring the strands of magick in place.
(place the thorn in the tea light or censer to burn).
Hemp I ask of the to perform the magick of binding my field to form.
(place the hemp in the tea light or censer to burn).

With your mighty Thistles and Thorns you will feed
on the harm directed towards the one in need.

If no harm is evident by the full cycle of this moon
Dissipate on that day
Or by the following quarter moon.

If (recipient’s name) feels the need
Then you must obey and dissipate indeed.

End your circle.

Centering Of Emotions

  

Moon Phase: Waning,
Any Day, Any Time, Use as needed

Materials: A bowl of distilled or boiled water, favorite Incense flavour, A white candle, some Earth

Begin by casting your circle as you normally would.
Say aloud:

Here before me I gather the elements of life, Earth, Air, Fire, Water, to remove all negetive energies from within.

The Earth grounds me from harm
(rub the Earth between your hands)

The Air blows away any fear
(run hands through the smoke of the incense)

Fire burns away negetivity
(quickly run fingers through the candle flame, be careful not to burn yourself)

And Water brings freshness back in
(place your hands in the bowl of water)

With harm to none, I release my negetivity to cleanse my emotions, and fill myself full of good intention.

So mote it be

Take the Water and Salt outside and empty it near your door (if in a large city, a park will do fine) and save the candle and incense for later spells of similar need.

How to make Ostara   Eggs



Ostara Eggs:

Boil a handful of an herb of flower until the water is well colored. Place the water into a heat-resistant cup or bowl. Stir in a teaspoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt and allow soaking.

For the colors use the following:

Coloring herbs:
Yellow= Carrots, white grape juice, turmeric, fenugreek
Orange= Onion Skins, Madder Root, Cayenne
Red= Red onion skins, madder root, cayenne
Red-Violet= purple grape juice, red rasberries
Green= Carrot tops, bracken
Blue= Blueberries, Red Cabbage, Black rasberries
Blue-violet= Blackberries, Beet juice, Mulberries

Dealing With Loss

 

This meditation will assist you in healing the losses that you have
experienced in your life.  You may use it to help heal grief from the loss
of someone through death or the ending of a relationship.  You can resolve
emotional abandonment in your childhood, or losses that you are experiencing
currently.  Some people even use this meditation to help heal the loss of a
beloved pet.  This is a deep meditation and is best used when you are alone
and have time to remain with your feelings for a while after the meditation
is complete.  Before you begin, choose the person or thing that you wish to
focus on during the meditation.  If there are several, use the meditation
separately for each one.


DEALING WITH LOSS

Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down.  Uncross your
arms and legs, and close your eyes.  Take a long, deep breath, and let it
out slowly.  Allow your breathing to become full, deep and relaxed.

As you count from ten to zero, allow your rational mind to rest, and you
will become more receptive to the wisdom of your sould and its healing
power:  ten-nine-eight-seven-six-five-four-three-two-one-zero.  You are now
very deeply relaxed.

Allow yourself to conjure an image of someone that you have lost.  See them
as clearly as possible, either sitting or standing in front of you.

Look into their eyes and feel their presence.  Breathe.

Allow yourself to fully experience your sadness and grief at the loss of
this loved one.

Stay in touch with your heart, your breathing, and how your body feels.

Notice where in your body you are feeling the most grief.

Now allow yourself to experience any guilt you feel in relationship to this
person.

Stay in touch with your heart, your breathing, and your body.

Notice where in your body you are feeling the most guilt.

Now allow yourself to experience any anger you feel toward this person.

Stay in touch with your heart, your breathing, and your body.

Notice where in your body you are feeling the most anger.

Take a long, deep breath, and let it out slowly.  As you do, begin to
release the emotions of grief, guilt, and anger from your body.

Allow yourself to see a bright, white light, shimmering and shining out in
the heavens, above your head.  Imagine this light shining down all around
you and through you.

As this light enters your body, allow it to help you heal and release the
emotions of sadness, guilt, and anger.  Allow this light to begin the
cleansing process of releasing the past.

Imagine this white light flowing into the middle of your chest, where your
heart center of love and compassion exists.  Feel it filling your heart and
flowing in a warm circular motion.

If you feel ready to forgive this person for any pain they have caused you,
imagine this white light turning to a soft pink, the higher energy of the
heart and the color of forgiveness.

Feel and see this pink light extending out to the other person and gently
flowing into their heart.  Breathe.

See this person receiving the light, love, forgiveness, and healing you are
sending them.

Allow yourself to feel the connection of compassion and forgiveness that you
have in this moment.

Allow this connection to melt any sense of loss you had, and feel the
healing energy flowing back full circle into your heart again.

There is now a circle of pink light flowing through and between the two of
you, connecting you on a deep spiritual level.

Knowing the strength of your connection, allow yourself to bid farewell to
this person.  Breathe.  Imagine the light gently separating at a place
between the two of you, with equal ammounts moving back into your hearts.

Knowing that you are full with this light and love, gently release their
image.

Retaining your awareness of this deep healing, you may open your eyes on the
count of ten:  one-two-three-four-five-six-seven-eight-nine-ten.

Sit in a straight-backed chair, supporting your lower back with a pillow if neccesary.  Your chin should be level with the floor, eyes closed, back straight, hands resting on your knees, palms up and fingers relaxed.  In this position you should be comfortable and relaxed, the spine straight and the torso erect.
 
Breathe deeply for several minutes.  Relax.  Forget.  Visualize the multitude of tensions and worries of your everyday life exiting your body with your breath.  Relax in the chair- now open your consciousness.  Allow your conscious mind to be receptive and alert.  Communit and talk with the deities.  Toss around symbols in your head.  If you wish, chant one of the names of the Goddess or God, or a group of them.  This is an excellent tool for slipping into the twilight world.
 
Select a time and place with care.  Light should be subdued, candle-lit is excellent.  Burt white or blue candles if you wish.  A bit of incense is fine too, but too much can obviously cause problems during deep breathing.

Psychic Protection Spell
 
 
 


 
You Will Need:

Protection Incense (herbs or oils work fine also)
Black 8" Taper Candle

 
It is best to find a work area that you can leave untouched for three days. If you must put away your tools, try to at least keep your spell candle out in the open. This spell is used to protect yourself from mental attacks.
 
Prepare your work area by setting up any tools you may use in addition to your spell candle. Love or protection incense is recommended (herbs or oils can also be used). While setting up your area, CONCENTRATE on the purpose of your work.
 
Bathe in purification herbs, or with your favorite bath salts. While you are bathing, concentrate again on the purpose of your spell. Do not let negative thoughts enter your mind.
 
After bathing, go to your work area. Cast a circle and light some incense. Envision a large, white ball of light surrounding you, your work area, and your home. Hold the candle between the palms of your hands and direct all of your positive energy into the candle.
 
Place the candle in its candle holder. Prior to lighting the candle, say (either aloud, or to yourself):
 
"This candle represents protection over me in all things."
 
Light the candle and say (either aloud or to yourself):
 
"As the light of this flame grows, I can feel the light and positive energy around me. As this candle burns, everything around me is blessed with light and love. I am blessed with light and love. Negative energy is being banished."
 
Sit back and watch the candle burn. Keep visualizing the white ball of light and protection around you. Envision your Higher Power blessing you and protecting you from harm. See yourself blessing whoever or whatever it is that brings harm to you. Bless them so that they may be happy and will no longer wish to cause you harm. Feel the peace and love.
 
When the candle had burned 1/3 of the way, say:
 
"As the flame of the candle is extinguished--evil, negativity and harm towards me is banished."
 
Extinguish the candle - don't blow it out, though! Just muffle it or pinch the flame out, many believe blowing a candle out diverts the energy and shows disrespect.
 
Repeat this for two more nights. On the last night, after the candle has burned away and the leftover wax has cooled, discard the wax in the garbage to symbolize throwing away that which causes you harm.
 
You have been blessed with Light, Love, Peace, and Protection. Whatever was causing you harm will no longer do so.

An Exorcism or Cleansing Spell for a Home
 
 

Take a large bowl of salt and sprinkle a pinch or two over the exterior doorways and windowsills of your home. Make certain you get each and every one.
 
Choose the room that has the strongest negative feel to it. Light a white candle. In a large fireproof bowl combine the following:
 
1 tablespoon powdered garlic
1 tablespoon peppermint
1 tablespoon ground clove
1 tablespoon dried/powdered thistle
Handful or two of sweetgrass, sage or dried oak leaves
 
Carefully light the mixture so that it smoulders, giving off a aromatic smoke. Leaving the candle lit, carry the bowl in to each room and repeat the following:
 
"In the name of the Eternal Lady and Lord
I bid thee part.
I consecrate and clear this space.
Let nothing but joy linger here."

 
When you have done each room, return to the first, set the bowl beside the candle and wait for the remaining mixture to burn out. Take the ash outside and sprinkle it over the grass/flowerbed/etc., thereby returning it to the Mother.
 
Sage is a natural shielding and purifying agent, it will "collect" negativity and prevent it from entering a room. It is commonly used to cleanse rooms and banish unwanted spirits. By burning it, you release the energy safely. The candle and mirror are for protection, so that nothing unwelcome can cross through the door.

Ingredients:  100% Cranberry Juice (not sweetened with Grape juice;  you may need to get cranberry concentrate from your health food store)
                    1 lemon
                     tsp or tbsp honey to taste.
 
 
Cut lemon in half, then quarters.  squeeze two quarters of the lemon into a large mug.  Dump lemon shells/rinds into mug.  Fill 75% of the way up with the cranberry juice.  Microwave for 1.5 minutes, or place in pot to cook over low heat until hot and serve from there.  Sweeten with honey, and cover to steep the lemon rind.
 
Light a green candle (eucalyptus would be great). 
 
Follow your favorite yoga or breath ritual, focus your energy, and visualize your sinuses/chest/whatever clearing up, healing.  Take mug of juice and breathe the vapors deeply.  Alternate nostril breathing over the mug can be wonderful.  Here is my routine:
 
Stretch right leg out in front of you, with left instep against your inner right thigh.  Breathe in on a 10 count through your nose, and then stretch over your right leg, taking care not to dive for your knee but pushing out towards the space above your toes (distance is unimportant;  do not push too hard), and exhaling out the mouth as you do so.  Repeat inhalation 2 more times, allowing yourself to stretch a little further on each exhalation.
 
Switch to your left leg.
 
Now, stretch both legs out in front of you and repeat.
 
Press your insteps together in the butterfly pose.  Repeat inhalation process, stretching your back over your feet.
 
You may choose to do a visualization during this process, or afterwards.
 
Drink juice as hot as you can take it.  If you are very stuffed, you may wish to take in a hot bath, taking care that the hot water is covering your chest and upper back. 
 
For sinus trouble, you may also make a poultice.  Take a clean undyed washcloth, and soak in very hot water.  You may add a few drops of essential oil to the water as well, such as eucalyptus and/or lavendar.
 
Fold in half, lay back, and lay over your face, covering from 1/2 an inch above your eyebrows to just over your nose.  Press gently against your sinus cavities, starting at the top of your face.  Apply gentle, slow, firm pressure.

Seven Steps in Succesful Spellcasting, by Alpha 

           1.)  Self Confidence or the belief in the self.  If a person believes greatness will be accomplished by the self, that person will be great at accomplishing the Will of the self.

  
           2.) Imagination.   If a person can imagine the results clearly accomplishing those results becomes a much easier task.  If a person can not or will not allow for imagining a possible change I must ask how the change will ever be pursued?
 
          3.) Visualizing the transition or possible transitions from the now to the future with respect to the desired change allows a person to clearly define the possible outcomes.  At times a change which is believed to be good may indeed not be the desired change.  By visualizing the results a person is capable of determining exactly what the desired result would be. 
 
          4.)  Desire for the change greatly enriches the ability to seek  the change.  If desire is not present, why even bother with the effort to affect a change?
 
          5.)  Preparation is a definite must!   I believe a person has no business approaching a situation without knowing all there is to know about a situation.  When in preparation the actual needs to affect the change should be determined, symbolized, and during the working of the magick the symbolic representations of the elements to be changed should be manipulated in ways to represent the change.  This allows the mind to "see" the changes taking place.  By seeing the changes in the mind the changes are accepted as already having taken place.  This helps prevent post ritual reversal of the spell.
         
          6.)  Mood is very important, believe it or not.  A sour mood will yield sour results.  A positive mood will yield positive results. 
 
          7.)  The environment is also highly important, but mostly because it yields energies to the mood.  However....if a person is in an unfamiliar environment, there may be resident energies which will affect the outcome of the work.  This is not highly recommended.  It is always a good idea to be in a familiar and consecrated environment when working with magick.
 
           As I have stated above, this is my personal opinion.  This is what seems to work for me.

The most common question about Witchcraft is about spellwork. "Do you do them?", "How do youdo them?", "Can anybody do them?" etcetera, etc.

Spells are not the meat of Wicca. Wicca is a religion first and foremost. It is developing your soul and shaping you as a person. Spells are the Craft part of Witchcraft. Not all witches cast spells, and not all spells are cast by witches. There are many magical religions out there, Wicca being one of them.

Working with magic is a delicate undertaking that should not be entered into lightly. You are manipulating natural forces that are inherent in the earth and all it's facets. (To bring into mundane terms it's kind of like going to the president/prime minister of a country and asking for a job, raise or funding for a project. You need to word yourself properly so you can be heard and taken seriously without the guards/secret service coming to take you away.) When working with natural forces, BALANCE is a key issue. We all love a good windy day, but we know that nature can take that wind and cause great devastation too.

Different traditions also differ in this area too. Some traditions do spell workings, some do not. Some see it as being intergral to their beliefs, and again some do not. It is important to keep in mind that the general alignment for the natural forces are nuetral. Meaning that the 'power' is not fundementally black or white... it is in the gray area. In the heart of the spell caster comes the alignment.

For instance: A knife is wonderful tool that helps us cut our food, carve our utensils etc. it can also drive deep into a heart and take a life (be it animal or human or vegetable) ... it is the direction of the wielder that sets the energy, and where it is going and to what outcome.

Spells have to be thought out. It's purpose, it's direction, the outcome and the changes that this will effect in the long term. A good way to see if you are on the right track is to do a form of divination. I find the Tarot personally very useful for this. Do a couple of readings first before stepping into the circle. Ask yourself, your gods for guidance, these or similar questions:

      1.) What will be the final outcome of doing this [spell]?

      2.) What will be the final outcome is I don't do this [spell]

      3.) What is the best course of action to bring/be rid of this [spell/affliction] etc.

      4.) What is stopping me now in achieving this goal?



I know this may seem like a lot of card layouts, but it is so important to know all aspects of what you want or don't want, as well as taking the responsibility of your actions. Being well informed is the best way to go.

Your belief in yourself, your place in the world will affect your work. If you honestly don't think that you can 'get' this on your own, magic will most likely fail. The deservability factor in your psychological make-up is major factor in working magic. If you don't believe yourself to be worthy of love, you may find keep finding those people who reaffirm that in your life.

Which brings me to the topic of love spells ... we get a lot of requests for that. Love spells are particularly a complex one. As I mentioned before, if you don't believe you are worthy of a good relationship the wheel that you are on may continue to produce the same results. It's time to break the habit. Often we become so comfortable in our ways that this is a hard thing to break, even when it's a 'bad' choice, because it's familiar. Change is a scary thing, even though it's for the better. With the aid of therapy, understanding your habitual cycle is rewarding in seeing your patterns, and magic can aid in the change of energy to the life you want to lead.

When doing a love spell, remember that it is unwise to focus on a particular individual. Even though your feelings towards that person may be genuine and without them it is unbearable, it is a doomed venture to try to manipulate them with magic.

Remember, you have to take responsibility for your actions. The three-fold law, what you put out, you receive 3 times. If you yourself would like to be pulled to someone that you are not particularly interested in against your will, how would that make you feel? It would also blow up in a matter time. Magic moves in flowing circles, to push against the flow is tiring and eventually the energy diminishes and is ineffectual. Not to mention the heartache that follows. Is it worth it? Or do you want to bring the "right" person to you for the "right" reasons? Then setting out a beacon of light so the "right" person for you will come along. Remember, "free will" is for everybody, not just for those magically inclined.


Magic or natural forces are everywhere. Anyone can tap into the flow. It is with great responsibility that we venture into that arena. Do your homework! It is so important to look at all aspects of your work. When you head out on the highway you take a map, you know what to look for, what landmarks and exits to turn off at. Same thing when working magic. Learn the road.

Life is a journey, not a guided tour. Magic is there to aid you in your journey, but not be the end all be all. You must take action and be responsible for that action. Doing a spell for a job and then sitting on your sofa is not going to produce results. Send out resumes, knock on doors, have the interviews, then work for the 'right' job to come to you. You are literally aligning yourself to the door of opportunity. If you stay shut up inside, how can they see you? How do they know your alive?

Spell for Internal Well-Being-
Follow these simple steps to help relax:
1. Obtain a vial (about 100mL.) of water obtained from a steadily flowing river or stream and put aside.
2.  Light 2 blue candles and place at the north and south points of the circle.

3.  Light two white candles and place at the east and west points of the same circle.

4.  Scatter freshly picked lavender and crushed leaves of an iceberg rose evenly around the perimeter of the circle and sit within it, facing the north point.
5. Cross arms loosely over the chest and focus your awareness on the breath entering your body and slowly spreading through it.

6.  After awhile, Return your focus slowly to your environment and extinguish the candles using the river water, Kneeling before each one as you do so, in the order north-west-east-south.
