02.July.2002 Space Pirate Captain Harlock, The Endless Oddessy, had been canceled, but NOW IS BACK: Due to fan re-action the series will be shown after all. It is unkown at this time what changes will be made to cover Matsumoto's concerns over the animation: The Animators had drawn enemy weapons that appeared to bear the Star of David. Matsumoto decided to cancel the show because of it. But due to fan response, the show will continue production. 07.April.2002 Click Here for Japanese Article Yamato creator Leiji Matsumoto has added his input against recent speculation that a Tokyo District Court judgment would possibly affect the continued production and planning of the New Space Battleship Yamato series, mentioning producer Nishizaki Hirofumi had previously already sold certain copyrights and that Matsumoto had now been able to secure those rights.
