The Horses Life Request. Choose my parents well-My life depends on my quality. When I am born spend time with me-My life depends on on your handling. When I am ready to train, be kind and firm-My life depends on your guidance. When you ride me, be wise-don't ask for miracles or take me somewhere unsafe-My life depends on your decisions. When I am no longer useful-be kind to me-don't run me through a sale because I am old or crippled, I do not choose my life, my age or how I was used-My life depends on your kindness. And last, please make sure I have enough to eat and drink, as you are the one that fenced me in, My life depends on your care. Please give back to these animals that make us so happy and bring us such joy. Treat one kindly just because it has done it's share, not because we can use it for something.
