Whether you are a hobbyist writer, or seriously anticipating
publishing, ABC's can teach you the fundamentals of
writing as you begin, or aid in improving what you know.
Writers learn everyday and learn by years of experience,
years of trial and error, and years of exposure
to professionals that are willing to help.
Being a good writer is not an easy task.
It is a long and hard process.
No one is "born" a good writer.
You might have naturally instilled talent,
but that is not the only ingredient
that makes a writer.
Knowledge and experience must be added to talent.
Your work will be corrected if mistakes are made.
You will be critiqued to teach and aid in improving
the work, and be taught the correct
fundamentals and methods.
Every writer has weaknesses and strengths.
It is the writer's responsibility to learn and improve,
and be the best he can be.
If you are not serious about learning and improving,
then ABC's of Writing is not your workshop group
to participate in. There are many other writing
groups to join, that will gladly satisfy your ego,
however, that is all those groups offer and do for you.
ABC's is a serious writer workshop.
